About
"Ambitious" is the only word anyone could use to describe this album. The mother of all concept albums is to be the first episode of a trilogy telling the story of Project 8105.
The concept began work in 2005 when Lucky and Kevin (Bartlett) sat down to discuss where they wanted to take the next chapter of their musical partnership. They both knew that it was time to produce something that took elements of their work to date to the next level, whilst still being different to anything they had ever produced before.
The theme was to be fantasy/reality based, the date was 7/7/05. Pens were at the ready, Dark Side of the moon was the record playing when suddenly the TV stations were hit with breaking news of the London tube bombings. It was then that the initial idea for 8105 was born.
Being huge fans of Steven King and the classic horror/zombie movies Lucky and Kevin began to churn out something that became a very involved script with possibilities for film and animation. Project 8105 is more than just an audible experience, the artwork and trailer animation are integral in experiencing Project 8105 as a complete all in one package.
